STONEMANOR PARK

ABAL was retained by Stonemanor Operating Corp. to prepare the detailed design drawings for the neighbourhood park in the new subdivision of Stonemanor in Springwater, Ontario. The developer was responsible for the base park improvements of rough grading, topsoiling and seeding, and the Township provided funds for a playground, shelter, concrete sports pad and a limestone screenings woodlot trail.

In preparing our working drawings we coordinated the grading and drainage of the park site with the civil engineer for the subdivision. The Township of Springwater Parks staff provided their preferred play elements and shelter, which were detailed accordingly.
