Harry Walker Parkway is a commercial development in the Town of Newmarket for which Alexander Budrevics and Associates Ltd. provided landscape architectural consulting services, including the preparation of landscape submission drawings to support municipal approvals and construction. The landscape design was developed to meet the Town’s urban design standards while enhancing the overall quality of the property for future tenants and contributing positively to Newmarket’s industrial and employment areas. Planting, grading, and pedestrian circulation were coordinated into a cohesive site framework, with structured streetscape and site-edge landscaping reinforcing the public realm and providing clear, accessible connections between building entrances, parking areas, and adjacent sidewalks.
