Phoenix Condominiums

Alexander Budrevics and Associates Ltd. provided the full range of landscape architectural services for a contemporary condominium development for Empire Communities. The landscape design was developed to support a modern residential environment, with a focus on enhancing both resident amenity and the public realm. A series of layered outdoor spaces were created, including ground-level streetscape improvements, private walk-out patios, podium-level terraces, amenity patios, and green roofs, allowing the landscape to be experienced at multiple scales throughout the building.

Lush, structured planting and coordinated paving and site furnishings establish a cohesive visual identity across public and private areas. Street frontage and boulevard treatments were designed in accordance with City of Toronto urban design guidelines, ensuring that the development integrates seamlessly with the existing streetscape while contributing to a greener, more inviting pedestrian experience.
