Martins Linde
BLA, Associate OALA
Project Coordinator
Martins is a Project Coordinator with a focus on mid-to high-density residential and commercial developments. Through professional experience working in both Toronto and California, Martins has gained extensive exposure to housing projects in diverse social, cultural, and environmental contexts. This experience has strengthened his ability to design resilient, context-sensitive developments and navigate the differing requirements of multiple municipalities.
During his studies at the University of Guelph, Martins developed a strong interest in projects that address the needs of low-income housing communities. This passion continues to inform his approach to many of the firm’s residential developments, where thoughtful, context-driven design and functionality are central priorities.
In his role as Project Coordinator, Martins supports projects from early design through approvals, collaborating closely with consultants and municipalities to ensure coordinated and efficient outcomes. He brings a practical, organized approach to project delivery and values teamwork as a key component of project success.
Outside of the office, Martins enjoys traveling, exploring the culinary scene in different cities, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
